A self-contained guesthouse for up to four — a sleeping mezzanine above, a sofa-bed below, a compact kitchenette, and doors opening to a private garden terrace.

Layout

Mezzanine. Reached by a fixed ladder — a double bed under the eaves with a reading light and a small window.

Living area. A comfortable sofa-bed that opens into a second double, a small dining table, and warm low lighting.

Kitchenette. Induction hob, kettle, fridge, espresso maker, and everything you'd need to cook simple meals.

Bathroom. Walk-in shower, vanity, WC.

Outside. A private stone terrace opening onto a walled garden with olive trees and lavender.
